BUSY EASTER FOR CHRIS ---AND THE POINTS WERE FLOWING !!
Chris’s Easter schedule saw him with four meetings in four days although the weather put pay to Saturday’s visit to Leicester but the remaining three saw a healthy points haul.
Good Friday saw the Bees take on Leicester at Brandon with a hard fought battle seeing Coventry notch all three league points with a 49-41 victory over the Lions. Chris went through the card with a paid maximum to start his Elite League campaign in fine style notching 13 paid 15.

On Saturday at Leicester the weather was the winner as both sides sat in the pits with the rain coming down and the track staff attempting to brush the water off but they were facing a losing battle.
Sunday saw the Bees make the long trek to Scotland to race an inter-league challenge with Glasgow. All sorts of weather was met and arrival at Glasgow saw a wet but well packed in track . It was a good meeting infront of a large crowd with quite a few Bees fans having made the trip up.
The Bees went 10 down but pulled it all back in the final few races to run out winners by just one point! Chris dropped just one point to Aaron Summers in his first race then reeled off four superb wins including the vital heat 15 success to assure his side of victory.

It was off to the airport early Monday morning to race his first meeting for his new Polish club Krakow for Chris. The bikes had been driven out on the Saturday by Chris Trattles and it proved a superb debut with a paid maximum for Chris 12+3 (3,2',3,2',2') where Krakow took the win 48 - 42 over Krosno.
