Harris Enjoys His 100th Gp Appearance
The German Grand Prix marked the likeable Englishman's appearance in the competition and on a night of fierce competition Harris was on the pace all night and narrowly missed out on a semi-final spot and admitted if it wasn't a controversial exclusion he would have made it.
He added: "The track was a little different and tough to pass on but I felt quick all night and managed to get by Bartosz (Zmarzlik) in my opening ride before he fell and the referee decided to exclude me which I don't think was the right decision.
"The series is a tough one and not scoring in my opening ride wasn't the start I needed but we battled back and almost made the semis.
"Riding in my 100th Grand Prix didn't play on my mind on Saturday as I was focused on the job I needed to do but it is a milestone I am proud of."
